This is for a sublet at 1912 37t St. NW in Georgetown, the nicest neighborhood in Washington D.C. The lease dates are from Aug. 16th to Dec. 31st, but if you move in after Aug. 16th, the rent will start on the date you move in. The lease term is from Aug. 16th onward, but I will be paying out of pocket for any days after Aug. 16th and before you move in – essentially I’m helping you minimize your costs! The room is extremely spacious and comes fully furnished. Queen-sized bed, as well as student desk. Perfect if you’re only here for a few months or if you’re a visiting student/exchange student! Only a 10 minute walk away from Georgetown University campus, very close to Safeway for your grocery shopping needs. The reason I’m doing this, and the reason I’m willing to pay out of pocket for between Aug. 16th and your move in date, is because I received a federal fellowship that requires that I stay in Georgetown for another year rather than just fall semester. So unfortunately for me, my loss is your gain! This is in an actual house, located in a very nice neighborhood.
